Umění, environmentalismus a zahradničení
Zahradničení a různé manipulace s rostlinami a ekosystémy jsou spjaty s uměním déle, ve druhé polovině 20. století však spolu s růstem environmentálního cítění a myšlení tento vztah prorostl novými významy. Tyto interpretace a praxe se vyvíjely spolu s proměňujícími se společenskými a uměleckými kontexty a v tomto příspěvku věnujeme pozornost některým vybraným a podstatným v českých kontextech posledního půlstoletí.
Art, Environmentalism and Gardening
Gardening and the various manipulations of plants and ecosystems have been associated with art for longer, but in the second half of the 20th century, along with the growth of environmental sensibilities and thinking, this relationship took on new meanings. These interpretations and practices have evolved alongside changing social and artistic contexts, and in this paper we focus on some selected and significant ones in the Czech context over the last half century.
