S počátkem ruské invaze na Ukrajinu byla v Rakousku založena kancelář Office Ukraine na podporu ukrajinských umělců a kulturních pracovníků. Ukrajinská kurátorka Nastia Khlestova byla od března 2022 součástí týmu této kanceláře ve Štýrském Hradci a zastávala roli komunitní manažerky. Během své prezentace bude hovořit o vzniku ukrajinské komunity ve Štýrském Hradci a o tom, jak důležitou součástí komunitního managementu může být péče.
Care as the Radical Method of Community Management
With the beginning of the Russian invasion to Ukraine, Office Ukraine was established in Austria to support Ukrainian artists and cultural workers. Ukrainian curator Nastia Khlestova has been part of the Graz team of this office since March 2022 and has held the role of community manager. During her presentation she will talk about the emergence of the Ukrainian community in Graz and how caring can be an important part of community management.
