Imerzivní zahradničení: zahrada jako divočina
Přednáška představí post-humanistický koncept zahrady. V něm již není člověk aktérem (umělcem) kultivujícím přírodu, ale zahrada je prostředím, které člověku umožňuje prožít ne-lidské. Filosoficky bráno má zahrada v tomto konceptu povahu divočiny. Imerzivní zahradničení zahradu nechápe utilitárně jako zdroj potravin či estetických prožitků. Sice také sází a sklízí, ale jen v rámci cesty do nitra divočiny. Jen v rámci doteku s ne-lidským. Noří se do divočiny a činí to perceptivně.
Immersive Gardening: Garden as Wilderness
The lecture will introduce the post-humanist concept of the garden. In it, humans are no longer the actors (artists) cultivating nature, but the garden becomes an environment that allows humans to experience the non-human. Philosophically speaking, in this concept, the garden has the nature of wilderness. Immersive gardening does not view the garden utilitarianly as a source of food or aesthetic experiences. While it also plants and harvests, it does so only as part of the journey into the heart of the wilderness. Only within the touch of the non-human. It immerses itself into the wilderness and does so perceptively.
