We are honoured to welcome a talented artist from Iceland to the House of Art Ústí nad Labem and to provide him inspiration and space to create his new artwork.
Andrea Resner from Split (Croatia) started her residency at the Ústí nad Labem House of Arts this week. The artist will spend her time here by preparing a work for the exhibition Gardening of Soul: In Five Chapters. During the summer and autumn, other artists from different parts of the world will be coming to the Ústí nad Labem House of Arts.
Artist Hannes Egger implemented a residency during November and December 2022 at the Ústí nad Labem House of Arts. He focused on the experience of performing and created new art performance Potatoes Soup (Terra Project).
The Skaftfell Centre for Visual Art in East Iceland hosted the first Czech artist Jan Krtička (CZ) for an artist residency during the months of October and November 2022.
